The company is looking to grow organically and through acquisitions with plans of $50+ million revenue in the next 2-3 years. Reporting to the President, the successful candidate will be responsible for strategic planning and implementing sales, marketing and product development programs, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new products. Cross-functional team building, development of contracting strategy, leading negotiations, conducting comprehensive business reviews, positioning of Custom Profile’s value offering, driving revenue, managing pricing integrity, and protecting margin will be key responsibilities.
